Once you have booked your tour, you may change your tour date if you contact us at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of your original tour date.
If you cancel your tour, it is the policy of
Royal Trolleys and its parent company, Royal USA Tours and Transportation that you will be refunded only
fifty percent (50%) of your tour price.
You must be present to board the
Trolley at least 20 minutes before the tour begins at the
Old Post Office. If you are not present before the
tour departs, your seat will be assigned to waiting
passengers. NO REFUNDS will be
given.
